"I have been insured by State Farm for over 30 years. I was lead to believe that I had all of the coverage that I need by Tammy Melendez's office because they used to call me and review my policies (as needed) and inform me when I needed additional coverages. I know that I used to have coverage for sewer backup in the past. At some point State Farm decided to remove this coverage without informing me. This is very deceitful. I called Tammy Melendez's office to get clarification of my coverage for this incident and she did not even have the common decency to return my phone call. This is not a good neighbor and State Farm is not there. That is false advertising."
